Private notes, anywhere
Your notes remember people.
Memo turns your recordings and notes into a living memory of the people in your life — who they are, what they like, what they said. On your phone, your laptop, anywhere with a browser.
- Notes stay on your device

How it works
-
Record or upload
Tap record and talk, or drop in an audio file from a meeting, a call, a voice memo. No bots, no calendar invites, no extra hardware.
-
Get a transcript
Your audio becomes text you can read, search, and keep. Only the audio leaves your device, and only to be transcribed.
-
People emerge
Memo notices who keeps coming up in your notes and starts a profile for each of them. Ask it anything across everything you have written.
It is about people, not meetings
Meeting tools file your calls away. Memo keeps track of the humans in them — what they care about, what they like, what they told you last month. When it spots someone new, you give them a name and it connects the dots from there.
- A profile per person. Personality, likes, dislikes — built from what your notes actually say, never invented.
- Ask across everything. "What did Priya say about the launch?" searches every note you have, not just one call.
- Your words stay yours. The AI suggests and polishes; it never rewrites your notes behind your back.
Your notes stay yours
Most note apps keep your words on their servers, indefinitely, and some train their models on them unless you find the opt-out. Memo is built the other way around:
- Notes live in your browser, on your device. Not our cloud.
- We never train models on your words. There is no opt-out because there is nothing to opt out of.
- You control what stays. Delete a note and it is gone.
- One honest exception: audio you transcribe is sent to a transcription service and then discarded. That is the only thing that ever leaves.
Questions
Yes, to start. Every device gets 120 free transcription minutes. If you run past that, there is a paid plan that covers the transcription cost.
No. Notes and transcripts are stored in your browser on your device. The only thing that ever leaves is audio you choose to transcribe, which goes to the transcription service and is then discarded.
Yes. It runs in the browser, so it works on iPhone, Android, and desktop. You can install it to your home screen like an app.
No, and that is deliberate. Browsers cannot capture system audio the way desktop apps can, so there is no invisible recording here. You press record, or you upload the audio. Everyone in the room knows.
Three things: it transcribes your audio, it notices people across your notes and drafts their profiles, and it answers your questions by searching your notes. It suggests; you decide. It never rewrites your notes on its own.
